‘New Research’ has uncovered that exercising can keep you young. Listen I know that I am at the risk at being overly sarcastic but I cannot help but be stupefied by the coddling we seem to need on a regular basis when it comes to some basic truths. I am delighted that there at least places where the truth about weight loss and exercise are being brought to the forefront because there is so much garbage out there and people are being preyed upon by an industry thwart with scam artists insisting there is a magic pill or wonder contraption.
